What happens when the thought process is bogged down with such petty and simple mindless acts of rage and discomforted ideas? Can one exercise the fact of the matter that it is just a minoot moment in their life. Or is it too important to let go. What if the truth of the matter was the very purpose of their existance was to have that thought. To be able to nurture, grow and learn from that thought. So, that they will be able to be one with themselves. Why does it feel inadequate and uncomfortable to feel peace? Finding the strength to persist until you succeed is the answer.
